Our EMR (Experience Modification Rate) Safety Record - which is the insurance industry measuring indicator - is excellent.

Our Safety Program is led by our Senior Management and directed by our Safety Committee. Focused on keeping every job safe, the committee includes all project managers and superintendents. It also includes administrators and outside safety consultants to make sure all aspects of safety are covered and each unique perspective on safety is addressed and reviewed. These committee members take the information provided and learned at the meetings and share it with all other members on their projects. They also make it a priority to focus on continuous improvement.
