We have loyal employees who have been with the company for more than 20 years, several from 10-20 years, and many young and growing professionals, licensed professional engineers, and graduates from outstanding colleges and universities across the country.
In order to be the best at what we do, every single member of our team is expected to contribute to the best of his or her capability. Our team includes field personnel, marketing, senior leadership, project assistants, estimating/pre-construction and accounting.

There is a strong family atmosphere here at American Constructors. We are a "Team" and get together several times a year for such activities as training, luncheons, mentor/intern events, site tours, golf outings, skeet shoots, company picnics and our Christmas party.

Led by Bill Heine, our President, American Constructors' Senior Leadership Team is focused on our core values of continuously improving, building projects safely and meeting our client's schedule and budget needs. The team is proud of our reputation for providing technical services in the pre-construction and construction phases of projects resulting in substantial benefits to our clients. The Senior Leadership Team has a wide variety of technical expertise and experience in commercial, K-12, higher education and healthcare as well as self performing concrete work.
