In-house Training Session
American Constructors is serious about being the best, and to achieve this goal we hire the best people possible, then train them to be effective in their immediate position, and provide on-going training throughout their careers for continuous technical and leadership growth and advancement. This will ensure you benefit from a highly qualified team who is up-to-date on the latest best practices.
Accordingly, our training program consists of:- Monthly training sessions targeted specifically to field engineers, project managers and superintendents
- Training topics including technical, managerial, communications and leadership topics
- Inviting consultants and industry leaders to the training sessions for direct input
- Attending various trade conferences during the year
- Visiting manufacturing facilities and other industry sites to get current, state of the art information
- Assigning a lead American Constructors coordinator for each session
