Project Estimator

Capable of developing estimates for all project stages from preliminary/conceptual to detailed guaranteed maximum price and able to manage estimates in a competitively bid environment. Duties include:

• Developing project schedule
• Constructability reviews
• System analysis
• Value engineering
• Quantity Survey
• Subcontractor solicitation
• Buyout and contracts
• Owner/Architect coordination

Prior experience in the field is strongly desired.

Project Manager

Responsible for all aspects of the project as assigned during the pre-construction and construction phases. Duties include:

• Buyout, negotiating and writing contracts
• Scheduling
• Subcontractor management
• Budget tracking and management, profitability
• Invoicing - Owner and subcontractors
• Quality control
• Value engineering
• Resolving technical/engineering issues with projects
• Proactive identification and resolution of issues, plan conflicts, etc.
• Safety management
• Document control
• Cost Reporting
• Managing site team
• Change order management - Negotiation and processing
• Project closeout

Superintendent

Responsible for the management of project field operations on a daily basis. Duties include:

• Subcontractor management
• Scheduling - Both master schedule and three-week look ahead
• Project safety management
• Daily reports
• Direct and supervise field engineer(s)
• Material and Delivery Tracking and Logs
• Supervise field labor crews
• Building layout and control
• Timesheets
• As-built documents

Field Engineer

Responsible for assisting the Project Manager and Project Superintendent. Duties include:

• Layout and surveying
• Coordinate and lead labor crews
• Participate and/or assist in training sessions
• Be familiar with CADD, project control and scheduling software
• Maintain logs (i.e. procurement, concrete, pier, submittal, etc.)
• Coordinating subcontractors
• Processing submittals
• Estimating for changes
• Cost reporting
• Scheduling
• Resolve Request-for-Information issues/conflicts
• Attend field meetings
• Complete formal safety training (10 and 30 hour courses)
• Daily reports
• Supervise punchlist work
• Interact/communicate with Owner and architect
• Update and maintain project as-built drawings and specifications
