Prosperity Bank is a one star Austin Energy Green Building. The Austin Energy Green Building program promotes energy efficient and environmentally friendly buildings. Prosperity Bank is composed of a reinforced concrete slab on grade, limestone, stucco, and metal panel exterior veneer, steel columns and beams, wood stud framed walls and wood roof trusses. The roof is standing seam metal & TPO. Two large rain water storage tanks hold 15,000 gallons of water to be reused onsite for irrigation.
