Dripping Springs High School, Dripping Springs, TX

The Dripping Springs High School project consisted of the renovation of the existing 138,000 SF Dripping Springs Middle School into a state of the art 397,445 SF high school. The new high school will accommodate 1,800 students with the potential for future expansion to 2,500 students. The building systems include slab-on-grade concrete, a combination of tiltwall and structural steel framing, chilled water mechanical systems, exterior natural stone veneer, modified bitumen roofing and metal roof panels. The interior finishes include textured drywall, CMU and metal framed interior walls, VCT, carpet, epoxy flooring, terrazzo, casework and acoustical sound panels.

Vandegrift HS & Monroe Memorial Stadium, Austin, TX

Vandegrift High School sits on approximately 85 acres of land situated within the City of Austin. The compact site, with an elevation difference of approximately 50 feet, includes Monroe Memorial Stadium a 5,000-seat stadium, Fine Arts and Athletics Building, and an Academic and Career Building.

Cedar Ridge High School, Round Rock, TX

This two-story tilt-up concrete building sits on a 97-acre site. The school is designed for 2,400 students in grades 9 through 12. Instructional spaces include seven career and technology academies, fine art and performing art classrooms, black-box theater, media center, full service kitchen, courtyard, outdoor stage, library, cyber café, student cafeteria, and competition and practice gymnasiums with full locker room amenities. The outdoor sport facilities include: a 600-seat varsity baseball field, a 400-seat varsity softball field, eight varsity tennis courts, eight lane varsity track and field, two football practice fields both with synthetic turf, and a paved band practice area.

Cedar Creek High School, Cedar Creek, TX

This Bastrop ISD project is on a 65-acre site. The core facilities of this campus were designed for future growth from a 3A to a 5A high school. The structure is slab-on grade with site cast insulated tiltwall panels and structural steel roof members. The unique use of “sticky” stone that is attached directly to the exterior wythe of the insulated tilt-up panels was incorporated at Cedar Creek High School.

Dailey Middle School, Del Valle, TX
150,000 SF
Dailey Middle School provides career and technology classrooms, fine art classrooms, and athletic areas to its students along with many other academic learning spaces. Rainwater cisterns were incorporated at Dailey Middle School to collect rainwater for irrigation purposes. Ground source heat pump loops were utilized and displayed through a glass window for student learning.
Ronald Reagan Elementary School, Cedar Park, TX

Ronald Reagan Elementary School has an indoor gymnasium, theater, platform/stage, and open learning spaces. The project incorporates water source heat pumps - an economical heating and cooling system that allows each classroom to be in its own zone allowing for optimum comfort.
Rouse High School, Leander, TX

- Multi-component six building complex on a 120 acre site. Includes a 400 seat PAC and black box theatres, athletic facilities including an 1800 seat competition gym, band hall/drama/fine arts facilities and vocational areas.
- Project had a 54' sitecast tiltwall span over the stage opening which placed it 7th longest span of tiltwall on the Tiltwall Concrete Association's top 10 list.

- This project sits on approximately 14 acres. It consists of 48 typical classrooms, 4 science/art classrooms, an administrative area, gymnasium/cafeteria, full kitchen and library.

Lake Travis High School/Middle School Additions and Renovations, Austin, TX

- 240,000 SF Renovations / 310,000 SF Additions
- High school addition and renovation project that spanned three years and five phases on a 155 acre occupied campus. Construction expanded the high school from a 1,500 to 2,500 student facility including a multipurpose facility, fine arts, instructional, and science expansions.

- High school built on 75 acres in 23 months with six buildings surrounding a courtyard and amphitheatre with covered walkways.
