Warranty Services
Unique multi-year warranty program.
American Constructors, L.P. has a very unique multi-year warranty program that sets us apart. This is a proactive program where we visit completed projects on a regular basis for up to five years after completion.
During our visits we will check on the building performance, and we work with owners on maintenance procedures, identifying potential problems, responding to warranty calls and assisting in other repair issues.
Our multi-year warranty program includes:- 24/7 emergency contact number
- Regular site visits by ACLP
- Five year program
- Assist owner in contacting and coordinating subcontractors to respond to calls
- Respond immediately to emergency calls
- Assist owner on maintenance procedures
- Advise owner on options for correction
